I have phoned them everyday for the past week and even emailed to ask a Medical Certificate to confirm that I am on the medical aid. Every time the call centre personnel assures me they will send the Certificate before the end of the day - and I still haven't received anything!
I have also send them numerous emails asking how to join on best baby - with no reply.
I am cancelling my membership and going back on Discovery - as I never had any Customer Service complaints and they were always on the ball with service delivery!
