It's such a pity that your refunds are not dealt with as swiftly as when one may miss a premium payment. You must either be short of money or must be forced to employ, but to deal with you is tantamount to standing against a wall and knocking your head against it repeatedly - in fact, it is probably more enjoyable trying the latter. Pity that you have no decent opposition, because if you did, so many would prefer to do business with another company. And that message that says your mail has been received and will be attended to is so irritating that you have no idea. Sorry, Mr. Gore, but you are concerned only with the bottom line and with nothing else. Pity, because you did do very well at one stage.
