For the last couple of months I tried in vain to have certain chronic medicines registered with Discovery, Chronics. After spending lengthy phones with "incompetent" staff, sending faxes & e-mails, driving back and forth to my chemist the matter was eventually resolved.
However I now question the "staff" employed to deal with these matters, as the individuals I dealt with were pathetic! When I insisted to be put through to Alan Gore my request was denied. So if the CEO is not made aware of his pathetic staff who will be addressing these short comings?
So, Discovery, please ensure you employ "committed" staff as oppose to those who have no consideration for their Clients.
By the way, those pathetic and unhelpful staff members should be made aware as to who pays their salaries monthly.
I am still awaiting a response to to last e-mail addressed to Mr Gore!!
