No reply from claims dept

I sent a claim in on behalf of a client on the 26/11/2013, and waited. I re-submitted the claim on the same email requesting a response on the 29/11/2013. I have now RE-SENT the same claim again on 05/12/2013. The response, still nothing. I did get a query number on the 29th : 291113QFXXB4.
