Good day

An employee, Ms Hlengiwe Sabela, was admitted in the hospital for the period April 05 to May 21 and a medical report was requested for the employees' incapacity leave application. The reported was not submitted even after a formal visit from the Head Office (Pretoria) Employee Wellness Coordinator to the hospital. On the 20th.11.2013 the regional director, Ms Xolile Mtwa, requested assistance in this regard from Dr Ruben Naidu (the CEO/Clinical Manager) and he promised to get back to the department asap but up until now we have not heard from the hospital. Please assist as the employee faces a disadvantage of being issued with a leave without pay for that period instead of the rightful incapacity leave.
