My mom has been a customer of bonitas for 15 years with my dad on as a beneficiary he has never had a operation in his life, now he has to go for a back op and we cannot get apporval from bonitas because everytime we phone to get an email to send all the letters to we get a different address and then when you send it it comes back. my dad has to be in hospital on wednesday at 6 am and we can not get pre apporval. why pay R5000 a month for 15 years and then get no help??? and there is no way they can afford this op. Please could we get some help...
