This is the second time that we went with a group of friends on the Da Riva house boat. The first experience was great. We had lights, warm water and cruised around the whole weekend.
This time we had no hot water as the geyser was out of order. NO CRUSE ON THE SATURDAY!! Excuse is river is low. THEN INFORM THE CLIENT OF THE SITUATION. No lights.!! Less tubes to play on. And worse of all is we paid almost DOUBLE for this... This is pathetic and will not advise anyone on going if this is the type of service to expect when paying almost R10 000 for the weekend!! The boat is not upgraded the taps are loose, half the lights are not working when we eventually get them on for a short while. The bar is falling apart the furniture is to little for 10 people...
if we didn't bring our own entertainment this weekend would of been a waste... something has to change... every year the service and boat degrades. ATTENTION NEEDED URGENT!!!
