Specific Request for a safe disregarded

I had been exchanging emails with Intibane for a week with a specific request for a unit with a safe as such establishments normally request that the key be left with security when you leave the lodge even if you are going for dinner outside. On enquiry about the lack of a functional safe in my chalet, Charmaine rudely indicated that whatever is my room will be safe as she trust her guard and that there is nothing she can do further as that was the only safe at their disposal but someone had locked it and she has no idea how to go about unlocking it. The following day I requested a friend to drop something I had forgotten at a function and I was told by Charmaine to drive out to receive it at the gate as they do not allow day visitors. Since I had just showered they had to wait half an hour outside while I dressed up and drove up to the gate. what an inconvenience
