My name is matsie Iucy elizabeth mtshali I'd no: 8302280469083, I decided to cancel my services with Gems aroud July 2013, I wrote a letter to them using an email they suppiled to us as cliet. It was quite till I wrote in August asking why am I not getting any response, in the month october I decided to make a call n spoke to a unreliable girl by the name of Zukiswa who I put my story and she asked I foward the email to her personal email which I did and nothing was done again, I then this month made another call and I managed to get help thru a lady Fikile Buthelezi who was helpful and asked I foward those emails to her personal email address, finally I got an sms saying my contract is cancelled with effective from 31 August 2013. So I was happy to finally get help. Am asking hello Peter to come in and get me my refund for the past 3 months they've been deducting cause I have tried to email Fikile about it and she's been quite! May I please be assisted on this matter since they now ignoring my emails! Thnk you in advance
