Medical bill horrificcommunicatio and inconsistenc

I was contacted by Emma in connection with my Ampath account. I communicated to her that the amount stipulated is incorrect and sent her my medical aid statement. I also communicated to her that I will make 2 payments to the outstanding amount. I have never received feedback from her regarding the medical aid statement and the payment arrangement. Instead I keep receiving letters of threats of non payment for the initial amount demanding payment before further action is taken. I'm appauled at the bad and inconsistent communication within lexmed and how poorly this matter has gotten attention. I'm willing to make the payment but its companies like this that try damage a persons reputation due to their incompetency. Needless to say I will also no longer use Ampath and will inform everyone I know regarding this matte
