I was asdmitted on the 23rd of Nov, the diagnose was panic attack/seiger, it was confirmed that on Monday I will be going for the MRI scan which was booked for 10 o clock, I am not a fundi in this field however I understand that the doctor wants to do thorough investigation and be able to give the correct medication once diagnose is confirmed, its 18h41 Monday afternoon, no MRI scan conducted, to make matters worse, the unit manager Sister Makamu who promised to get back to me and advise the latest, she decided to leave whiles I went for hearing and audio testing, no dicency to leave a note or a message advising on the latest.
I am truly and highly disappointed.
