One of the most tragic things happened to me while I was at my sister's wedding, my drink was spiked and I went to lancet at the glynwood hospital the next day. The ladies there were very sympathetic and helped me calm down as I was in an obvious state. After accidentally over-charging me for the wrong test, I received my monies owed to me 2 days later. Besides that, when I received my test results back the ladies were all very supportive and consoled me while explaining exactly which elements tested positive in my urine and what the results meant. I have never met staff with such wonderful bedside manner, to all who helped me at the Lancet in Glynwood thank you so much. Lancet you should hire more wonderful staff like the awesome ladies in the Glynwood.
