Not only do you have a tardy service, but there are working in your admin. Department. Firstly, in December "somebody" deactivated me, the main member while still leaving the additional member active. How that was possible baffles me. None-the-less Resomed did not debit the January 2013 payment from my bank account. As I only realised this after receiving the faulty Resomed statement, I made a payment on 18th January into the NIMAS account, fearing that I will not be covered should I make a claim. Below is the late acknowledgement of my payment.

NOW, to make matters worse, the same or another one has sent through a double debit order of R5244.00. As a result all my debits, including this one that were due to be deducted from my account last night have been rejected. Unnecessary bank charges have now been incurred and due to your negligence you will be responsible for the reimbursement.
