Good day. Last year a big noise was made of Woolworths that would come on board to the Vitality program again, but alas not from the 1st of January.
A few calls to the call centre always advised that they don't know when it will be activated, but that it should probably be during the 1st quarter of this calendar year.
I saw - by luck - on the Discovery website tonight that the partner is actually available from the 11th of March 2013 already.
Why the secrecy? Why not a detailed informative e-mail to advise of Woolworths' "go live"?
It would be great if Discovery could get their marketing up to scratch again - not everybody is on social media (yet).
