I don't feel that people ever really take the time to praise companies and staff when they deliver exceptional service but we are very quick to complain.
I know that the Discovery Call Centre is huge so I am really hoping that Edgar receives this compliment.
I would like to thank Edgar for his phenomenal service and going out of his way to assist me, especially since I was being an overly emotional pregnant lady. He made my day and with his assistance I can be assured of the best medical aid for myself and my family.
The world needs more people like this!
