After cancelling my policy with MiWay due to a better premium (a process which is extremely painful). A day later I get a Bank notification that they debited me R1727.93 way more than my monthly premium (R1000) and a week before it usually goes off..After speaking to a consultant, she informed me that she does not know why this has happened and that I have to go out of MY WAY to the bank to reverse their mistake.
I find this completely unacceptable business practice, and I will never use them again.
