Complaint About the claim

Good morning

Please can you resolve my problem with the service that I experience with Bonita's? Last year 12 /08/2013 I did go to Dr ANIRUDHRA AND PARTNER, I pay the doctor cash and they told me I'll get my money within 7 days. Since then I call the Bonita's call centre about this matter I've already speak to five consultant but I didn't get a good explanation, everytime I call the story is different and they don't even bother to email me with any information until when I call they will tell me what they want to do.
