I joined Liberty medical aid from 01/06/2013 and I am now an active member. After numerous calls to your call centre to complain that I did not receive my cards in the post, the hand delivered it to me. But guess what... you only deliver ONE CARD. What is the point of that? My husband treavels overseas so he needs the card and i am now sitting without one. The day they hand delivered the one card, I phoned the call centre again to complain and they promise to hand deliver the 2nd card. It has been two weeks and no word form Liberty. Is this how you treat all your new members??? I want my card ASAP.
