Felicia at Netcare Pretoria East main reception was very helpful yesterday when I came in to do my bed booking for the maternity ward. She explained everything to me and has a lot of patience with people. She was also very kind to my mom and partner that came with me. She has a great attitude, I appreciate that a lot and everyone else that helped me with the bed booking (cashier and storks nest).
