Being a loyalty member of Southern Sun, my wife and I booked into the Palazzo Hotel at Monte Casino for our 10th wedding Anniversary. We were impressed by the consistently high levels of service received from all the staff and management at the hotel. The staff are always courteous and greeted us with smiling faces whenever we approached them. It is evident the staff are very well trained and everyone from the porters to the house cleaning staff, go out of their way, to make you feel pampered and well taken-care off. This is not the cheapest hotel around, but your stay here will be well worth it, the food is prepared freshly and everything we ate was a true taste sensation. I ordered a romance package, and the staff were professional in delivering rose petals on the bed, a gift, a bottle of sparkling wine and candles in a warm bath, all while we were out the room. The porters are intuitive, and approach you with offers such as, can we also bring your car around or arrange a golf cart to take you to the hotel. This was truly a remarkable experience and worth every cent, I recommend that every couple spend a weekend at the Palazzo for good old-fashion pampering. This is a must!
