COMPLAINT - LACK OF CLAIMS SERVICE

Good day
After having submitted my claim during the second last week of November for a re-imbursement of funds, I am still waiting. Every time I have spoken to a claims consultant, I am told something else. The claim was even rejected at a stage during December as they said that I only received authorisation for treatment for one day and not for a month. Then on 2 January they asked me for a confirmation letter from the clinic again which I already submitted on 2 January. Then, when I phoned the other day to enquire when this is going to be finalised the consultant said that it hasn't been referred again to the case manager.

The service is with one word shocking!
