My Complaint is to long so I will give the short story... I went for an operation 31 October 2012 that was Authorized by Fedhealth, they never paid the Hospital, I was handed over to ITC by the Hospital, I have been in contact with Fedhealth since my operation to pay the Hospital and till today 24 June 2013 they still haven't paid the account, everyday i phone Fedhealth on my expense to pay, everyday i get a new excuse, today's excuse was that the Hospital told them to reverse payment!!! I phoned the Hospital and they said they never said that to Fedhealth, when i phoned Fedhealth back to give me the contact number of the person who reversed payment I was given a Cellphone no, I contacted that number and the person on the other line haven't work at the Hospital for over 5 years!!! When I phoned Fedhealth and told them that it was a they came up with a new excuse and said there was an error in payment!!! I am furious my Medical aid is not helping at all!!! I'm handed over for there lack in doing there jobs!!! What is my next step??? I honestly don't know!!! It was approved and yet they don't pay!!! I'm not being helped, the only way they helped was by getting me on ITC!!!
