WITHOLDING MY REFUND

IN NOVEMBER MY DAUGHTER WAS SICKI TOOK HER TO EMERGENCY ROOM.WHEN THE HOSPITAL SUBMITTED CLAIM TO BANKMED CARECROSS THEY REJECTED THE CLAIM.I PHONED AND THEY ADVICE THAT I MUST PAY AND THEY WILL RE-IMBURSE ME.I PAY THE MONEY ON THE 18.12.2012 AND POSTED THE PROOF OF PAYMENT ON THE 19.12.2012 INCLUDING THIER REIMBURSEMENT FORMS.SINCE THEN I HAVENT RECEIVED ANY RESPONSE FROM THEM.THEMN TODAY I DECIDED TO PHONE AND ASK TO MY SUPRISE THERE ARE STILL DOCUMENTS THAT HAVE TO BE POSTED, I MEAN THIS PEOPLE GOT MY DPOCUMENTS IN DECEMBER AND NOW ITS END OF JAN 2013 AND THEY DIDNT BOTHER TO NOTIFY ME.THE NEXT THING THEY WANT ME TO CONTACT THE HOSPITAL AND REQUEST MEDICAL CLAIMS.I AM SURE THE TIME THEY REJECTED THE CLAIM THEY HAVE THAT PROOF AS MUCH AS I SENT THEM THE PROOF OF PAYMENT, NOW THEY WANT ME TO GET THOSE DOCUMENTS AND STILL PAY FOR POSTAGE AS MUSH AS I STILL PAY FOR TELEPHONE BILLS, POOR SERVICE AND INCOMPETENT CONSULTANTS THAT I HAD TO DEAL WITH
