I've been struggling from 22 May to get a claim I put in to be paid out. I have called close to 18 times and have been on hold for more than 10 minutes at a time and have heard so many different excuses of why my claim will not be paid out. The one I have heard the most is that my plan does not cover the treatment. I called bonitas and made sure I can take my son to the peadiatrician for his 6 week chekup and that they will be paying for it, I was assured that my claim will be paid within 14 days, nothing has happened except me having to call and spend money to call them and hear excuses. I am on the bonessential plan and on their website and in the brochure they sent me it states under Supplementary Benefits That I can Take My Now 10week Old Baby Boy To The Pediatrician 2 Times Before He Is 1 Years Old Out Of Hospital And It Will Be Paid From The Risk. When I Called Again Today And Had To Explain The Situation For The Umpteenth Time, I Get The Excuse That They Are Busy Updating The Website And That They No Longer Give That Supplementary Benefit. When Askingif They Will Pay My Telephone Bill, because I Had To Call So Much, I Was Ignored. I'M FURIOUS
