I Got Married last year December and requested that I move to My husbands Medical aid. I called and submitted all the necessary documentation and this was done. Two months later Discovery sends me an sms claiming I owe them R 2334, after going back and forth with them I agree to settle the amount with a payment plan. I begin to pay in July. In august I receive an sms saying I have been handed over to the attorneys for lack of payment. I contact the the attorneys and provide the POP's. I called discovery and I was told that they had indeed received the payments and some had not updated the system. Last month the same thing happens I call discovery again with all the proof of consistent payments. A few days ago it happens again and for the third time I am told that it was not updated. So three times I was handed over to the attorneys WRONGFULLY. I recently applied for a lease and the agent says that I was registered for not paying my discover premium. In addition After 10 months they still have not updated my details on any of our current Policies creating even more confusion when calling in to rectify all theses problems. I AM HIGHLY ANNOYED!!!
