Liberty staff are incompetent

I received a letter from Liberty Medical Scheme on the 23 October 2012 stating i owe them R654.47 I enquired with Clair on the 26 October 2012 (ref no 34026639) what the amount is for and was told it was a pharmacy bill on December 2011 at the time we were in Mozambique. Clair confirmed that she will request the details so we could confirm correct before payment is made. On the 5 November 2012 i followed up with Greg (ref no 34074822) but the info was still not available on the system. On the 4 December 2012 i followed up with Bilshaad (ref no 34234386) he confirmed the info was not available yet and he would followup and get back to me. Today the 29th January 2013 I receive a letter stating that my benefits have been suspended, my question is why Liberty is asking me for additional money? Before i pay a bill i would like to know what it is for! I called the call centre today and waited 8 minutes and 35 seconds before being cut off. I called a second time and get told my medical aid has not been suspended. To date i have still not received an explination.
