I contacted Bonitas before attending a therapy session with a Sexologist/Therapist to confirm whether I would be able to process a claim for this service stating specifically that the therapist is not part of the health council and can therefore not supply me with an ICD 10 code. The agent reassured me that this would be fine that I could go ahead and attend the therapy session and submit my claim the next day by making sure that the invoice lists the main member's details and the company registration nr and practice nr. I submitted the claim on the 5 July where after I received an automatic e mail with a reference nr stating that my claim has been received in good order and that it would take 5 working days to process. Today still no money transferred into my account I contacted them again and the agent informed me that no claim was processed as I failed to provide Bonitas with all the relevant information for them to be able to process the claim. The agent said that without the ICD 10 code Bonitas are unable to process my claim. When I gave the agent my ref nr for the previous agent's promise he could not help me or give any valuable advice. I am tired and am planning moving!
