When we approached the office, the sister did not even looked up from her computer in her office and instructed us to fill in the yellow card and contract outside. Not even a pen were supplied to do this, 3 documents were lying outside on a desk. I used my own pen, when she did came out of the office, after instructing the next patients to wait outside, she just looked over my should to see if I did fill in the correct forms. When I draw her attention to the fact that there is no pen available for the next persons, she swing the chain and said there is suppose to be a pen. Once inside, she just put me through to my medical aid, I must arrange everything myself, the number she got out of a filthy flip file on her desk, a Sister? The radio playing in the background is so loud that you have to concentrate to hear the person on the phone and her questions. She did not properly look at my documents filled, questions I had answer No, she query?? Not a good first impression of the Hospital, Sister is unprofessional, the rest of the treatment??? The same??
