My mother retired in Dec and didnot get her money till March hence her Med aid lapsed. We went to the branch in Berea, a consultent assured us that everything was in order. We should recieve an sms in 48hrs to advise us of the outcome. The sms we got said they additional documents. I called the Call Center and we were told that there is missing info on the forms. (Yes we were assisted by their cunsultant to fill in the forms), again we went to the branch to redo the whole thing. Note: Mum had a spine op and unable to walk properly but still we had to go back n 4th, 3 times to the branch. I have been calling the CC everyday and everytime I call an additional document is needed. EREYTIME I CALL some1 tells me to send 1 more thing. I have been put on hold and have my call dropped after holding for more than 15min. (Aron and Deric did that) My Fiance went to the branch again and same thing, one more documents. Till Last week wednsday when we were told it was being sent to Membership Department (the department that does not have phone lines). 11 Agents, 3 Supervisors, 1 mananger later still no one knows what is happening with my application. Was promised a call back, am still waiting.
