During the x-mas season of 2012 I entrusted my cottage to myprimeholiday for holiday rental. To my shock I discovered that R1500 worth of linen which was taken out of the property by their staff for save keeping before the holiday season disappeared. Numerous phone calls and visits to their office was a waste of time to find the missing linen. When enquiring about the amount of R7628.00 which they claim they owe us for the rental period, (after I discovered they received close to R19000) they also gave me no explanation. Their contract stated they would only take 10%. The contract states that within 15days after the holiday people has left the funds will be paid into my account. Up to today no money has been paid over to my account. enquiry about this could also not be answered time after time. They also failed to come in and clean up the day after the holiday people left as agreed.5 Requests for a meeting with Mr Norman to clarify this matter also led to nothing
