Unfortunately we still dont have any solution to the problem yet, Holiday Club was investigating the claims I have made and agreed that the period in which our week fall has moved from being during school holidays to out of season. However, no one has phoned me back to resolve what they are going to do for me to this regards. Very quick to take your money... Messages was left since Friday last week that someone could phone me again from Membership services, but to no pleasure...
