Every time I call to find out why a doctor wasn't paid, I am told that's not right as there are still 3 sessions approved. No one is willing to give it to me in writing, as they are always having system errors. According to call centre, there were x amount of sessions approved at the start of the year, and they are still active. This is impossible, and the call centre insists that they are right. Again, when asking for them to give it to me in writing, they are having system errors and can't do it. It's the same story every time I call. We always get amazing service with Discovery, so much so that we moved insurance over to Discovery. Please will someone who can give me real answers contact me after 11am and before 3pm on weekdays? I need this problem solved as incorrect info has caused expenses for me that should be covered by Discovery under a pre-approved PMB
