I have applied for ex-gracia from my medical aid for a procedure that will change my health status to a better one and save the medical aid money from paying my monthly chronic medication.
Its been 2 years 2 months now and I have sent them my complaint and everytime I am asked to fill in another application. I dnt seem to be moving from the application stage. There are excuses one after the other.
This is very important to me because every minute wasted there is damage happening to my organs. I dnt want to die now and if there is something that can be done I would appreciate to be given that chance.
I dnt know why is my medical aid delaying. PLEASE HELP!
