Never in my life have I experience such bad customer service as what I did on Saturday night at Hooters - The Buzz in Fourways. Firstly, it was my birthday and I made a reservation on Monday the 22nd already for 10 people. I was a bit late and called Hooters 3 times on (011) 658-0311 to apologise and ask that they give me 30 minutes grace. When I arrived at Hooters I explained my dilemma to the very abrupt lady at the door and she wanted to place me and my friends at a tiny little bar table in the middle of the walk way. When I explained I will not accept this she went to call the manager who was terribly unfriendly, unprofessional and abrupt. They were discussing the situation tight in front of me as if I wasn't there. No common courtesy and ethics at all. They eventually place us at a booth. Our waitress was pathetic - beautiful, but no customers relation skills what so ever. She didn't introduce herself, she didn't make eye contact and SHE THREW OUR PLATES DOWN WHEN SERVING. She didn't have a smile and was inattentive. Sorry Hooters never again.
