I made a booking through AGODA,

The booking was at MacGregors Guest House Pretoria,

The add stated that there is an air conditioner in the room, satellite/cable TV!

When I arrived there were no air conditioning, the TV was all snow flaky! The kettle had to stand on the floor because the cord was too short.

I did let Agoda customer support know about my problem on the 24th September, still noting from them.
I requested a full refund; I feel it's fair, because the advertising was false.

I know the law states that if something is advertised and this is not what you get. Then you must be refunded and/or compensated.

This was the worst experience ever!

Bad Bad Bad service.
