Does Agoda know what they put a client through

On the 15th of December we made bookings through Agoda- at the Rose Cottage in Gariep.

I have received my vouchers with the address and wow I thouhg what good service - I phone confirmed my booking - I was ensure all is in order.

After 6 hours drive from Benoni to Gariep - addresss on the voucher - we arrived at 14 hamerkop street gariep Rose cottage. Firstly no one was there to asssit we waited of an hour. The phone number on the voucher immediately went of to voice mail I have tried contacted this number out of fustratoin nearly 20 times with no success. Eventual the person looking after the cottage came to help. Smellling of boose - he also notified us that we are at the wrong place and we still need to drive another 45 minutes to Oviston - our accomodatoin is at Oviston - When we ask him where in Oviston - address or something he could not assist - all he said is there somewhere-.., This is unexceptable and bad publicity. Agoda should get there facts right. This is the first time ever I got such bad service from Agoda - they normally on top of there game. Telling a customer - your do not now where they should go - unexceptable we do not know the Free State.
