Netcare
Bad Attitude towards visitors of an ill patient

To whom it may concern,

Good Day,

I hope my complaint reaches the highest level of Management at the Netcare Linmed Hospital in Rynfield, Benoni. My grandmother, an elderly woman of 74 years, had been admitted to the hospital about a week ago. Yesterday (9/10/2013), my grandmother mentioned a very rude employee at the hospital - Ward Secretary - Viloshni Moodley. Apparently, Viloshni shouted at my grandmother's visitors who were a bit over the visiting hours. In a very rude manner, Moodley told the visitors (my aunt and a neighbour), to "get out." I am very angry at this kind of behaviour, and rest assured, I am not going to let this kind of behaviour just slide. How cansomeone who works in a place of fragile and ill people - display such horrible mannerisms? Even if the visitors were at fault by overstaying their visit a little longer than expected, they should not be spoken to like that? My gran's doc is aware of my aunt staying by her side throughout the day, and he has no problem with this. I strongly suggest disciplinary action and a proper sanction warranted for this disgusting behaviour! It costs nothing to show respect!
