Just over a month ago, I had a huge fall out with Discovery and nothing was getting better. In fact, everything was getting worse. I was sending e-mails and nothing was changing. I started making more of a noise and finally got in touch with a gentleman by the name of Johnny Bryan who I learnt had been trying to contact me since I first started complaining. He professional, kind and truly the epitome of customer service. It's few and far between these days, hence I believe when you receive it, acknowledge it. He truly was a gem and a pleasure to deal with. My faith has been completely restored in Discovery and I feel honored by not only his efficiency and competency, but most importantly that he never made me feel like just another number on their system. He genuinely does believe in the company he works for and the value in what they offer. Thank you, from the bottom of my heart
