Bad customer service with MSC

I sailed on the MSC Sinfonia from the 11-14 January 2013 on the Mossel Bay trip. First of all most of the staff were unfriendly and disrespectful. It was always difficult to communicate and one often had to explain three times what you actually needed. For the amount of money paid the food was bland and the variety pathetic. Even the formal seating dinner was a complete waste of time and the waiters had no respect. My biggest issue is that I paid with my credit card and was told if I di not use all the cash I put onto my card that I would be refunded after the cruise. It is now two weeks later and I am yet to see any sort of refund. Had I known what the service I would receive on the Sinfonia I would not have gone and I feel I wasted my money. The only thing that made it worth while was the other passengers and Heart 104.9 with their entertainment. Other than that I don't feel I got my moneys worth.
