5 months down the line and problem still exists

Without going into all the details and the consistent comedy of errors, I will keep it short. I have spent 5 months trying to sort out an issue and spoken to numerous people and still the problem exists. I would like to sit face to face with somebody who can explain to me face to face why Discovery cannot perform the most simple task. I have complained on Hello peter before, sent numerous Facebook requests to contact me and numerous requests on twitter. Each time the same generic response gets sent to me and each time I DO NOT get a call. I have sent numerous emails and called the call center. I have spoken to Genevieve and Kolofelo both who assured me the problem is sorted. Each time I have earned points on vitality they have not been allocated (except the points earned from gym). Why is it my job to follow these up? Why must I do your job for you. I have asked for the forms to be sent to me so that I can cancel this policy and move to PPS but all I got was a lovely message telling me that my fees would be going up next year. This is a disgrace that 5 months down the line you still cant get it right of even have the decency to call me. My collegue has the same issue.!
