I don't mean to keep bothering you with my woes but I must express my extreme concern at the constant lack of delivery from Discovery. Your email below states 4 days. Another email I received (see below) states that I will be paid by the 23rd. This hasn't happened and out of the 3 claims I have submitted, not a single one was been refunded without me having to complain after months of waiting without anything being paid. This on top of the fact that EVERY point earned on Vitality I have had to fight for and query. I still have not been allocated points from 3 months ago. Its completely unacceptable. Please could you provide feedback or have somebody call me to explain what exactly seems to be the problem. This is not the first time I have had to spend my time resolving this type of thing I mean just as an example I have ordered 2 cards over the last 8 months, not 1 has arrived.
