Non Settling of account/Payment, bad service

Mkn Recruitment have been doing business with Lifehealthcare Hospital for more than 2 years, Mkn Recruitment is one of the preferred suppliers regarding sourcing of Pharmacists. Mkn Recruitment sourced a Pharmacist for the Hospital, at the time Mkn were dealing directly with Pharmacy Manager Marinda Weideman, please note that the Hospital approached Mkn, and not the other way around, asking to PLEASE get them a Pharmacist for the Hospital (Lifehealthcare). Mkn specializes in the Medical sector, thus the request from Lifehealthcare. There was never a service level agreement completed, as Mkn was only asked by the Manager to send them our company profile, included was all the terms and conditions, they acknowledged, by replying to my email, saying please submit candidates. There was a successful candidate, as a Locum/temp, and they agreed to pay us our fee on a monthly basis (All of this we do have on file as evidence, all of it), they would rather do a Monthly payment. A once of placement fee was suggested, but management preferred the monthly payment option (Evidence on file from Management). New management in place now July 2013 and they refuse to make payment for services rendered
