Customer service is NON-EXISTENT at SPECSAVERS

We have been given the run around with this branch since day1. It is pathetic. We got a quote from them which excluded the R500 off that's supposedly on special. It was then rectified. Then we go in for the test, the system is offline and we cannot make payment. They take a copy of the card. They call back to say, actually they made a mistake they forgot to add on an extra R200 for the fact that we were paying with a card. We went in again. This time we bought a gift card with the hopes that this would finally be sorted out. But no. Then we get a call to say the glasses are ready for collection. We go in to fetch them, but they are actually not ready, in fact there was a problem with the gift card and they didn't bother to phone us and tell us what the problem was. I then spoke to the practice manager. Rudest person on earth. She does not know how to speak to customers and has no manners. She tells me that nothing can be done till the Monday because she has locked my cards away and will not be in. we said to the consultant this is an inconvenience because you made us come all this way for nothing. Can you deliver the glasses. yes they cud. but now they cant cos they have no car???
