Unable, for almost a year, to add me to the Progra

Since I have become a member in November 2012, I have been attempting to join the Discovery HIV program. But to no avail, this after numerous calls, e-mails, etc. first I was told that my application is under review. So eventually after an e-mail sent on august 12th this year, an individual named Veronica Adams phoned me and ensured me that she is now adding me to the program telephonically. All she requested was my latest test results and a new script.

This done, today I ordered my medication via medxpress, only to be informed that there is no such record of me being on the disease control program.

I am running out of my medication, and once more Discovery has failed to deliver!!!
