Just want to extend my gratitude to the staff and manager of the above mentioned pharmacy, On the 03/10/2013 I had ordered medication like i always do telephonically which is deleiered to my work address. for some reason their drivers were running late. Our to provide the best of service, the store Manager Theresa took time out of her busy day attending to over the counter patients to drive all the way to Alton and personally delivery my order just to ensure that i get my meds on time.
The ladies Prunel, Aneska you are awesome, always at your best of smiles, i know how hard it is working in the medical industry but you do it with so much dedication and pride. When i walk in there i want to be served or addreesed by the both of you, i never walk out that store without a smile.
I take my hat off to you ladies, my order is always on time all the time.
Not forgetting the driver, tall with dark hair, you are always on time always smiling and alive, even when you dleiver in the rain.
You guys rock, every other staff memeber at that store is just as awesome, they are friendly at all times.
Thank you for the most amazing service from then to date.
