No payment to doctor - queried for the last docto

My claim for Dr Matison whom I had seen in May 2013 has not been paid to date, the doctor's rooms have called the medical aid for the four months to follow up on payment however nothing has been paid to date.

Staff at Bonitas are unwilling to assist in the finalisation of this matter.
