Palatino recruitment is a carnival agent who recruit workers for cruise ships. I applied and i was happy with everything. The problem came, my dad got sick and i couldn't continue with the paper work to complete the process. There was a joining fee (2600) which i paid and i have the receipt. Before any paper work done they say if you are forced by any situation to stop or if you didn't pass the interviews you will be refunded your money. so i told the agent my problem so that i can be refunded. i send them emails including my banking details, the deposit receipt since then, they never get back to me. even my emails they no longer reply, their office number not in use. Please help i just want to be refunded.
