I called in today at 14.25 to get a doctor's office number, i couldn't hear the receptionist, so i then asked him to repeat the number, he then shouted "IT'S CORRECT". i really do not think that that's the way to speak over the telephone-furthermore this guy has just upset my day. very unprofessional from someone from a hospital-umhlanga hospital of all places
