Need to report on thr poor quality of accomodation provided. The reviews on the websites for Rose Cottage at Garipe Dam showed that it was a clean, comfortable place to overnight fom Johannesburg to Cape Town.
The shower was mouldy and and water was either very hot or very cold... so I could use it. The carpets were badly damaged - I never got the feeling that the place was clean and comfortable!
