Mabula - renovating mess

You book a weekend away at the "renowned" Mabula and you arrive to renovating rooms and staff that are less than enthusiastic to serve you beverages.
Upon arrival at Mabula we checked in - the 'welcome drinks" we were served were poured on a last minute basis from behind the reception counter. Over and between all the paper work and keys...
Then we go to our rooms - just to find that 6 of my guests have been booked in a unit that is being renovated. The roof is being re-thatched and the rooms are all covered by sheets and are dirty. The response I get from reception is "oh we didn't know".
The entire weekend we were welcomed by building material, rubble and scaffolding. Not to mention the tree at my door that served as a hanging post for jackets and jerseys.
b. There was letter from the builders all around
c. My one guest stood on a rusted nail
The NOISE from the renovating was also unacceptable
a. Saturday they started banging away while we're on the game drive. But when we got back to our rooms they were using an angle grinder.
b. Sunday morning we were woken up at 7h30 by banging and 08h00 by the angle grinder once again
